Since 1993, Guarniflon have been working in accordance with the Quality System UNI EN ISO 9000 – 2000.
Thanks to a modern and qualified laboratory furnished with the most updated equipments, special physical-chemical-electrical and mechanical testing and analyses are daily performed complying with international standards such as ASTM, DIN, BSI, ISO, etc. The laboratory is run by a skilled and experienced team, able to test and make all quality controls on incoming, in process and outbound materials and products, in order to grant Guarniflon’s customers the best quality warranties.

In addition to this, the innovative electronic S.P.C. system was developed since 1993, connected with the machining of the PTFE final products, allowing the operators to keep steadily under control and store the dimensional data of all in process products.

Thanks to this innovative process, for which the Quality Control Team is also charged for, new markets areas and application fields were reached, especially where Cpk values and “zero defect system” were the main highlighted subjects required by Guarniflon’s customers. But all investments in the quality system would be useless unless a high-powered and experienced R & D team would not improve and develop – day by day – new solutions for new applications, also in close cooperation with important Italian University Institutes.
